The Roswell Wright House is listed on State and National Registers of Historic Places.

This striking home is located near the center of the village of Unadilla. The house has retained its original exterior features, including the arched fanlight and rich glass detailing the front entranceway and the unusual and beautifully scrolled brackets in support of the pediment.

The house has six bedrooms, five fireplaces, two parlors, a family room, dining room, three porches and a private bluestone patio.

Two guest rooms are located on the main floor, each with its own private bath and handicap accessible entrance. A two bedroom master suite on the second floor of the house will sleep a party of 5 and has a shared bathroom. Guests will share the social room (parlor).

Present owners, Polly & Stephen Judd have added their own country touches to the character of their home such as the lovely perennial gardens with park fountain, the interior New England country décor that gives a warm feeling to each room.

Polly is lifelong resident of Unadilla and is current President of the Unadilla Historical Society. Polly and Steve have family roots in Delaware and Otsego County dating back to the Revolutionary period.

A delightful & cozy room with queen size bed, private bath, sitting area, TV, and plenty of light from the double window that overlooks the patio & perennial gardens. Private access to both room and dining/social rooms.

Upstairs Master Suite:

This stylish two bedroom suite with shared bathroom will sleep a party of 5 with one King size bed, one full size bed and a cozy single.

The Roswell~Wright House Bed & Breakfast is located only minutes from Interstate 88 - Exits 10 & 11.

* Exit 10 - turn right at the flashing yellow light at the end of the exit. Go to the second traffic light. We are the first home on your right past the light.

* Exit 11 - turn north on Rt. 357 (Unadilla). Turn left on to Rt. 7. Travel down Main Street. We are located just before the traffic light on your left hand side.
